No mere photograph can ever do justice to that important person or cherished pet in your life. An original, hand-painted portrait in oil or pastel makes a beautiful remembrance that will last for many, many years to come. Portraits make wonderful gifts, too. They are always appropriate for birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries--any occasion where you wish to say "I love you." And they need not be expensive. My pet portraits and portraits of people are carefully painted and extremely lifelike, yet very reasonably priced.

Oil portraits are painted on stretched double-primed linen canvas. Pastel portraits are painted on the finest high-rag content, acid-free pastel paper. (Very large pastels are painted on specially prepared rigid panels.) Only the most permanent pigments are used in both mediums. Your portrait will last for many generations to come, whether you choose oil or pastel.
